Expectations
In the classroom
- No running, shouting, gum chewing, and harassing people or things.
- Raise your hand and wait for your turn to speak.
- Work cooperatively with others; help others when needed.
- Always do your best on all assignments, projects, quizzes, and tests.
- Write your name, date, and the title on all assignments and projects.
- Hand in all assignments and projects on time.
- Do not touch the intercom phone nor adjust the thermostat.
- Come to class on time and prepared with required material (e.g. textbooks, binders, utensils, etc.).
- Clean and tidy up the classroom before moving onto another class and at the end of the day.
- Respect visitors and TOC's.
In the school
- Walk, don't run, in the hallways.
- Keep your voices low.
- Acknowledge the presence of others, whether you know them or not, by greeting them verbally and/or having eye contact and a smile.
- Follow the rules as outlined in your agenda book.
In general
- Respect yourself, your peers, your teachers, visitors, and physical objects.
- Any form of discrimation and harassment will not be tolerated.
- Use your common sense.
